Injuries suffered: Scar on right shin, injury to heel, black eye, muscular pain in neck and head,  numbness and memory lapse.

Circumstances of incident: Our client, a hospital employee, was cycling her bicycle to work on the 15th September 2017 when she was knocked off her bicycle by an oncoming driver whom did not see her. Gardaí attended the scene and the lady was rushed by an ambulance to hospital.
She was absent from work for a period of three weeks and her bicycle was destroyed.

Case history: The matter was assessed by the Personal Injuries Assessment Board on the 8th February 2019 and accepted by both the client and the offending driver.

Settlement Amount: €31,200.00.
