Naomi Mulvany, Legal Executive

Naomi Mulvany joined KOD Lyons Solicitors in May 2017, having had prior experience in a successful general law practice.

As a legal executive in the child law department Naomi is a senior caseworker in child law proceedings involving children in the care of the state.

She has also developed particular expertise in litigation against the HSE in Assessment of Need applications, Domiciliary Care Applications, Disability law and carers services involving the Department of Social Protection and Employment Affairs and Education law cases.

Naomi provides vital back up to clients and counsel in preparing Judicial Review and public interest law cases and has developed advice packs and organized legal rights workshops within her practice areas.
