In 2019 KOD Lyons, in partnership with Carers groups across the country, have hosted twenty legal rights workshops in a roadshow across Ireland.
These sessions have focused on the rights of carers and examined a diverse range of issues including assessments of need for children, school placements, allowances and entitlements and included many practical tips on how to challenge decisions and progress appeals.
