Kristina joined the firm is September 2021 as part of an internship program through DCU, where she is currently completing a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Law (BCL).
Kristina currently works in the Family Law Department, covering matters such as Judicial Separation, Divorce, Guardianship, access, custody, maintenance and domestic violence. On behalf of our clients, Kristina compiles court-standard documents, corresponds with other firms, communicates with clients outlining their concerns and briefs barristers in respect of matters before the District and Circuit Family Courts. Kristina also regularly appears in the Circuit Family Court, attending counsel.
Kristina has a keen interest in recognition of the voice of children in access and custody applications before the court at both District and Circuit levels.
