Ian McAweeney – Legal Executive

Ian has been a member of the Childcare Team at KOD Lyons since 2022 when he spent 9 months working with the team as part of his studies at Dublin City University. Upon finishing his BCL degree he returned to the team as a Legal Executive across both the Childcare and Employment law teams.

Ian works in various matters across both teams, specialising in HSE litigation, Assessment of Need matters and WRC complaints.

Ian is currently sitting his FE-1 Exams with plans to go on to qualify as a solicitor.
