Carol is a law graduate from Maynooth University. She received her Master of Laws (LL.M.) in International Law from Maynooth University. Additionally, she has a Certificate in Immigration Law and Practice from the Law Society of Ireland, a Professional Certificate in the Foundations of Irish Law from Maynooth University, and a Certificate in Employment Law & Remote Working from the Law society of Ireland.
Prior to joining KOD Lyons, Carol has a number of years of work experience in Corporate Immigration specialising in a wide array of corporate immigration matters and dealing with some of Irelands top multinational companies with regard to their immigration matters.
Carol joined KOD Lyons as Legal Executive in December 2022 and currently works in the Immigration, International Law and Judicial Review & Public Interest Matters department.
Carols current practice includes International Protection, Discretionary Permission to Remain Applications, Visa applications, Work Permit Applications, Naturalisation and EU Treaty Rights Applications.
