Burgh Quay Appointments for First Registration & Renewal with a New Passport

First Registration:  Appointment Booking System has now been updated in respect of first registration for Applicants resident in Dublin City or County.  Applicants can now call Freephone 1800 741741 to book their appointments between 8 a.m. and 8 p.m. Monday-Friday (The number is also for booking or cancellation of appointments).  When making a booking applicants require their full passport details and a valid email address to share with the customer service representative.

Renewing with a New Passport:  Applicants seeking to renew their permission or claim a balance of permission with a new passport do not need to attend the Registration Office in Burgh Quay.  Instead, they should use https://inisonline.jahs.ie/home to upload a copy of the biodata page of their new passports with their application.  It is important that photographs, names, nationality, passport number and dates of birth are clearly legible to facilitate the processing.  Immigrationsupport@justice.ie can be emailed for any registration queries.
